Craft is an AI workspace. Chat, agents and other AI features generate text and other content with AI models. When you interact with these features you are interacting with an AI system, not a human. AI-generated content is labelled in the product where it is shown.

3. No training on your data
Model training is turned off (opt-out enabled) with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and xAI. Craft does not use your content to train AI models.
4. Your data and KVKK / GDPR
To answer a request, your prompt and the relevant context (for example canvas content or uploaded files you select) are sent to the chosen provider in the US. Craft is the data controller; the legal basis is performance of the contract (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Transfers abroad rely on KVKK Art. 9(4) standard contracts and GDPR Chapter V safeguards. Full details: privacy-policy.en.md, subprocessors.en.md.
5. Outputs may be inaccurate
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or out of date, and may resemble third-party material. It is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
6. Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on, publish or share it; for the content you enter (do not enter data you are not allowed to share); and for using the output lawfully. Do not use AI features to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without human review.
