1. Parties — who sells and who provides
- Seller (Merchant of Record): Paddle.com Market Limited, United Kingdom. Paddle sells the subscription to you, takes payment, issues the invoice and handles refunds under the Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
- Service provider: Ali Ravza Barlak, sole proprietorship ("Craft"); VKN 1421541880; tax office [[STUB: vergi dairesi]]; address Üniversite Mah. Eskimezarlık Sok. No: 16/16, Ortahisar, Trabzon; KEP aliravza.barlak@hs01.kep.tr; email info@usecraft.app. Craft provides and supports the Service.
- Buyer: the User purchasing a paid plan.
2. Subject
A subscription to the Craft AI workspace (SaaS), delivered online immediately after purchase; no physical delivery. Plans: $20/month or $60/month, monthly or annual (an annual discount of about 20% may be offered, not binding — Terms §9). Prices including taxes are shown at Paddle checkout before payment. Paid plans start on [[STUB: ücretli plan açılış tarihi]].
3. Pre-contract information
Before purchase you are informed of: the main features of the Service; the identity and contact details of the seller and the provider; the total price including taxes; payment and performance arrangements; the conditions, time limit and procedure for withdrawal and the cases where it does not apply; how to complain; and the duration and termination of the subscription. This document, the Terms of Service and the Paddle checkout together provide that information, which you confirm with a separate, unticked box.
4. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
4.1. As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving reasons and without penalty.
4.2. To withdraw, send a clear notice within the period in writing or on a durable medium — through the Paddle order/receipt email or customer portal, or to info@usecraft.app. You may use the form in §10.
5. Exception: digital service started with your express consent
Under Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15(1)(ğ) and (h), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form, or to digital content supplied electronically, where performance has started with your express consent before the withdrawal period ends. At checkout you are asked separately, with an unticked box, whether you want the Service to start immediately.
Where the Paddle Refund Policy gives you a 14-day refund right in Türkiye regardless of this exception, the Paddle policy applies as the more favourable rule.
6. Refund after withdrawal
If you validly withdraw, Paddle refunds all payments received for the withdrawn contract within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the original payment method, at no cost to you.
7. Cancelling the subscription — any time
7.1. You may cancel at any time, without reasons or penalty, from account settings or the Paddle customer portal, as easily as you subscribed.
7.2. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for unless you ask for termination with a refund under §8.
7.3. A fixed-term subscription is not renewed automatically without your consent; the renewal terms are accepted at checkout.
8. Proportional refund on termination
8.1. Where you terminate an indefinite subscription, or a fixed-term subscription of one year or more, the remaining part of the amount you paid (for the unused period) is refunded within 15 days of the termination taking effect, without deduction (Subscription Contracts Regulation Art. 25(3); Law 6502 Art. 52).
8.2. No fee is charged for any period after the termination takes effect, even if the Service was used (Art. 25(2)).
8.3. Refunds are paid by Paddle as seller, to the original payment method.
9. Complaints and disputes
Contact info@usecraft.app or Paddle support. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court of their place of residence or of the transaction, within the monetary limits announced each year.
